Dangar
designed and built RTM mold tooling for carbon fiber part with
internal inserts. The composite enclosure
provides several advantages over traditional metal enclosures including improved
weight, corrosion resistance, reduced part count, and EMI shielding
properties. Mold features: air injection for part release,
inserts on closed areas, vacuum assist, jack screws, pry slots, and appropriate
draft angles.
