Aluminum mold to make composite electronic maintenance case for DOD. Mold features: air injection for part release, inserts on closed areas, vacuum assist, jack screws, pry slots, appropriate draft angles. Mold can be used in press or peripheral clamping.
7-Piece P-20 Steel breakdown tool which makes one composite component for the F-18 cockpit. Previous method had 42 individual sheet metal parts.
